The merchants of Rockbrook Village Shopping Center
are pleased to have you participate in the Art
Fair. The streets and sidewalks of our village
will be your store for the next two days but our
stores are also open. Please keep streets,
sidewalks and storefronts clear of extra boxes,
packages, etc., from your booth. No pets are
allowed in your booth.
Dining is available at any of our restaurants:
Elite Lounge and Grill, Garden Café, Jaipur, Pasta
Amore, Taste, Don Carmelos and Blimpie’s. We also
have Java & Ice, Great Harvest Bread, Kristin
Cookies, Cork Screw and Regis Food Mart for snacks
and light fare.
For those of you who are alone or need help, we
will have "Booth Sitters" available. Go to the
information booth or tell one of the hosts with an
art fair badge if you need this service.

CHECK IN BEGINS AT 7:30 A.M. SATURDAY AT THE
INFORMATION BOOTH. ARTISTS OR ARTIST'S
REPRESENTATIVES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER IN
PERSON.
Your booth must be set up and vehicles parked by
9am Saturday and Sunday. Complimentary coffee and
rolls will be available by the information booth
Saturday 7 - 9am and Sunday 8 - 9am. (Good while
supply lasts!)
Artists may leave displays overnight at their own
risk. Security will be provided but any damage or
loss will be the responsibility of the artists and
not the Art Fair.
Nebraska State sales tax is 7%. Individual artists
are responsible for collecting this tax. The
Rockbrook Art Fair is not liable for this tax.
Unloading, Parking & Set-up Instructions for
Saturday and Sunday:

You may start unloading as early as necessary
either morning. You must be set up by 9:00 am
and have moved your vehicle to the allocated
parking spaces. You may utilize only the booth
space assigned to you. Please double check booth
numbers.

Please unload your vehicle as quickly as
possible. No double parking is permitted. As
soon as you are unloaded, your vehicle must be
moved.

NO ARTIST MAY PARK BESIDE OR IN FRONT OF ANY
ROCKBROOK VILLAGE RETAIL STORE. All artists are
asked to park their vehicles in the Rockbrook
Elementary School parking lots. These lots are
located just one block north of Center on 108th
Street. These lots are within walking distance
and there are shuttles available all day. When
you park your vehicle we will make sure you have
a ride back to the fair. Go to the information
booth whenever you need a shuttle ride to your
parked vehicle. Please park considerately.

Artists MAY NOT begin tear down until after 7pm
Saturday.
Sunday Departure Instructions:

Artists MAY NOT begin breaking down until after
5:00 p.m. No early departures.

Take
your junk with you! All refuse must be disposed
of in a trash receptacle. Do not leave behind
articles of any kind on streets or sidewalks.
